FosterUnity, Inc. is committed to providing an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment for everyone we serve, employ, and partner with — without exception.

Our formal Non-Discrimination Policy is currently being drafted and is a top priority for our board of directors. It will be formally reviewed, approved, and published here once the board has completed its review process.

FosterUnity does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

This applies to every person who accesses our programs, supports our mission, or works alongside us — including foster families, agency partners, donors, volunteers, and employees.

Our full policy — covering services, employment, board membership, and reporting procedures — is being finalized by our board and will be published here upon approval.
